Questions
What does a plan actually limit?
Assets, sites, and team members — the three numbers on each card. They are enforced by the same entitlement table the application checks at runtime, so the published limit and the enforced limit cannot drift apart.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Existing data keeps working and stays readable. You are stopped from adding past the ceiling, not locked out of what you already have, and nothing is deleted for being over an asset, site, or member limit.
What does the history window mean?
It is how far back inspection history and report data are retained on each plan — 30 days on Free, and longer on every paid tier. It is the one limit that is a window rather than a ceiling, so it is worth checking against how far back your own audits need to reach.
Do the people doing inspections need accounts?
No. Inspectors scan the QR tag and fill in the form — no app install and no login. The member limit counts people who sign in to administer the account, not the people doing the inspecting.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Audit and correction history exports on demand on every paid tier, at no extra charge. Free does not include export, so if leaving with your records matters to you, evaluate on Free and export from Starter or above.
